What we do
Most articles about AI tools stop at listing features. They rarely walk through a specific scenario, such as "how do I auto-reply to buyer inquiries" or "how do I turn one product photo into on-brand lifestyle scenes", and explain which tool to use, how to wire it up, and which step still needs a human to sign off. That's the gap VIBCC tries to fill:
- Playbooks: concrete workflows for problems cross-border sellers and trading teams actually run into (inquiry handling, customer support automation, product copy, video scripts, supplier follow-ups), with a clear line drawn between what AI can do and what still needs manual review.
- Tool comparisons: direct comparisons for tools competing in the same use case (ChatGPT vs Claude, Zapier vs Make, Midjourney vs Canva), focused on the trade-offs a small team actually hits, not a generic feature list.
- Tools we use: the AI and SaaS tools we actually reference in our playbooks, with honest notes on what each is good for.
Who we are
VIBCC Editorial is written by people who have worked hands-on selecting AI tools and building automation workflows for cross-border ecommerce and trading teams. Content comes from actual usage, not paraphrased documentation.
Our editorial stance
We don't overstate what AI can do to chase traffic. Wherever a workflow touches product listing photos, legal language, or pricing, we say explicitly that it needs human review, and we don't imply AI can fully replace that judgment.
